How miniscule is the possibility that Barak Hussein Obama is the only politician to emerge from the Chicago political machine untainted? We have watched Barak Hussein Obama schmooze, lie, manipulate and cruise through the election to become the President-elect. His time in Chicago politics prepared him well!! The fawning media (MOLES) ignored any potential story that could tarnish the reputation of their anointed candidate. Now they are in cover mode as the criminal investigation of Gov. Rod Blagojevich reaches frighteningly close to Barak Hussein Obama.Barak Hussein Obama, President-elect; friend of William Ayers, Jeremiah Wright, Louis Farrakhan, and Bernadine Dorn; won’t release any information on his past, transcripts, papers, writings (except the 2 books, which are scary enough) by himself or his wife. The MOLES refused to investigate any of these things, maybe they were too busy doing all the investigating on Republicans, during the campaign could find themselves bitten on the butt by their journalistic malfeasance. * ABC News has a law enforcement source telling them that Jesse Jackson, Jr. is “Senate Candidate Five,” the one who was — according to Blagojevich — willing to supply campaign cash in exchange for the Senate seat.

* But there are clearly some uncomfortable questions for Obama. Asked Tuesday in Chicago whether he had been in contact with Blagojevich about the job, Obama said, “I had no contact with the governor or his office and so we were not, I was not aware of what was happening.”

But Axelrod said on Chicago television Nov. 23 that the two had spoken. Asked if Obama had expressed a preference, Axelrod said he had not, but also said: “I know he’s talked to the governor. And…there are a whole range of names, many of which have surfaced, and he’s, I think he has a fondness for a lot of them.”

On Tuesday, Axelrod said: “I was mistaken when I told an interviewer last month that the president-elect has spoken directly to Gov. Blagojevich about the Senate vacancy. What happened to the promise of the ‘most ethical’ congress in history?

Article 2 Section 1 of the United States Constitution defines the qualifications to be President:

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

There have been rumors circulating that Barak Obama was born in Kenya, thus not a natural born citizen. I have no idea if they are true but it seems a valid question and would be easily answered if Mr. Obama would produce his actual birth certificate. Unfortunately, he has refused to do so. The Hawaiian government has sealed all records pertaining to Mr. Obama. Also Kenya has sealed their records and Mr. Obama refuses to release any school or college records. He didn’t even have a US Passport until was issued one when he became a Senator.

The Supreme Court is expected to announce on Monday whether or not it will consider two cases contending that Barack Obama is not a “natural born citizen,” as the president is required to be under Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution. One case, referred to the court by Justice Clarence Thomas after Justice David Souter had rejected it, argues that because Obama’s father was a citizen of Kenya, at the time a British colony, the president-elect was born with dual citizenship. The other, filed by Attorney Phillip J. Berg, effectively contends that Obama has outright lied about having been born on American soil.

Without joining the tin foil hat conspiracy theory ranks on this subject, I would like to see REAL, CERTIFIED, LEGAL proof of Mr. Obama’s birth details. Anyone can go online and fill in a copy of the form posted on his website, it has no real value. What does he have to hide? I am getting that ‘sleazy’ feeling again. Remember when Bill Clinton said he tried marijuana but “didn’t inhale”…. when he said “I did not have sexual relations with that woman.. Ms. Lewinski”…. YEAH!!! Those kind of sleazy feelings!

If Bill Clinton would have said….. Well, yeah, she was kinda cute, it was late, she flashed her thong at me….. and hey….. look at Hillary……… I just couldn’t help myself.

CASE CLOSED!! He would have been in the news less and not gotten impeached. Now we have the President-Elect effectively telling us the US Constitution doesn’t matter, he doesn’t need to prove he meets the requirements to hold the office, he can just do it. That type of arrogance and self-aggrandizement makes me quite nervous.

No, it PISSES ME OFF!!!! The MOLES won’t touch the story, won’t investigate, continue to prop up the candidate they refused to actually examine, and he continues to sweet-talk the brain-dead followers into more support.

SCOTUS……. Take the case and make him show proof. Simple, if he is qualified, swear him in. If not, put him in jail for perjury.

Well, the official word has been given. SCOTUS won’t hear the motion, it has been denied. I guess the requirements set forth in the US Constitution don’t matter.

Hillary Clinton is scrambling to reduce her massive campaign debt before she becomes secretary of state, when federal ethics laws – and political sensitivities – will severely hamper her ability to do so.

Sen. Hillary Clinton is constitutionally ineligible to serve as Secretary of State in the Obama administration, according to the public interest group Judicial Watch.

The Ineligibility Clause of the U.S. Constitution stipulates that no member of Congress can be appointed to an office that has benefited from a salary increase during that Senator or Representative’s current term of office.

A January 2008 Executive Order signed by President George W. Bush during Hillary Clinton’s current Senate term increased the salary for Secretary of State from $186,600 to $191,300.

Specifically, Article I, section 6 of the U.S. Constitution states: “No Senator or Representative shall, during the time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil Office under the Authority of the United States, which shall have been created, or the Emoluments (salary and benefits) whereof shall have been increased during such time.”

At the 1787 Constitutional Convention there was fear that of members of Congress might create new jobs or give raises to existing jobs, and then take those jobs for themselves.

President Richard Nixon circumvented this provision after appointing Ohio Sen. William Saxbe to the position of Attorney General. The Attorney General’s salary had been increased during Saxbe’s term, but the Nixon administration managed to push legislation through Congress to reduce the salary to its previous level.

This scheme, known thereafter as “The Saxbe Fix,” was also used to allow Sen. Lloyd Bensen to assume the position of Treasury Secretary under President Clinton.

So Hillary will require a “Saxbe Fix” to serve as Secretary of State, according to Judicial Watch. But the group asserts that the tactic “may reduce the salary of Secretary of State to previous levels, but it does not affect what is a clear constitutional prohibition.”

Bill Clinton’s business deals and global charitable endeavors had been expected to create problems for the former first lady’s nomination. But in negotiations with the Obama transition team, the former president agreed to several measures designed to bring transparency to those activities.

“It’s a big step,” said Sen. Richard G. Lugar of Indiana, the top Republican on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, who said he plans to vote to confirm Clinton.

The former president long had refused to disclose the identities of contributors to his foundation, saying many gave money on condition that they not be identified.

CHICAGO (Reuters) – Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich was arrested on corruption charges on Tuesday, including trying to sell the U.S. Senate seat vacated by fellow Democrat President-elect Barack Obama, federal prosecutors said.

While Obama has long distanced himself from the governor — who has been under investigation on other issues for months — Blagojevich’s arrest was likely to be an embarrassment to the president-elect, who takes office on January 20. The case shines a light once again on old-style corruption in the Chicago political caldron from which Obama emerged.

“The breadth of corruption laid out in these charges is staggering,” U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald, the federal prosecutor, said in a statement.

Blagojevich was also accused of threatening to withhold state assistance to the Tribune Company in connection with the sale of the Chicago Cubs’ baseball home, Wrigley Field, in order “to induce the firing of Chicago Tribune editorial board members sharply critical” of him.

We are in for a rough 4 years! My only hope at this point is that the libs feel so comfortable, they already have the arrogance, that they continue to show their true character. Let’s arrest them ALL!!!!!!!

There are more, but I am tired at this point. I’ll deal with each one in it’s own time, and more….. I have no doubt. Any suggestions from those who actually read this stuff?
