The usual suspects have written legislation to criminalize private firearm sales, add a new level of record keeping for dealers, impose mandatory reporting of sales to the Attorney General, Registration and licensing of Gun Show Promoters, record keeping of ‘authorized’ dealers at gun shows, mandatory reporting of gun show information, warrentless (“shall not require a showing of reasonable cause or a warrant”) checks and inspections of all records of the promoter and dealers during ‘operating hours’.

If you still think they won’t, can’t, wouldn’t, etc……… get your head out of the sand.

The battle is fully engaged and sitting on the sidelines in ignorance will assure a loss of our rights.
